The White Owl Tattoo Studio were in need of gift vouchers and a customer information form.  These are the two concepts we came up with for them.  They decided to go with the "Owl Dollars" design.  The customer information form offers two benefits; it allows The White Owl Tattoo Studio to capture information that can be used to contact their customer's in the future, and they are also fulfilling their health and safety requirements by obtaining medical information.
